Phil Nicholas has been an elder at Crossbridge Brickell since [2019]. Phil is from Indiana and moved to Miami when he was 19. Phil attended FIU and then the law school at the University of Miami (where he was blessed to be a Cane).
Shortly after graduating from law school, Phil was soon challenged by a former attorney to “look at the evidence” for Christianity. He says, “I had no idea there was evidence. I was blown away…..”. Phil’s most treasured gifts are being married to “Jina”, and he has 4 awesome children and 7 grandchildren (soon to be 8).
Phil is quick to say, “3 years ago I had no grandchildren, and asked the Lord if he was going to bless me with any, and voila! The Lord does seem to have a sense of humor.”
Phil currently works for Amadeus as in-house counsel and has taught as an adjunct professor at the U.M. law school for 20+ years. He loves to teach, and especially enjoys Christian apologetics and talking about the Gospel, to those who will listen.
